Washington & Jefferson College offers students a personalized path to success after graduation. The Center for Professional Pathways (CPP) provides the tools and resources to help students identify their career interests, refine their skills, and achieve their long-term goals.


Faculty advisors play an important role in helping students craft their own unique “Path to Success,” which includes securing internships, fellowships, and merit-based awards. Students also benefit from College-funded travel opportunities, like the Magellan Project, which offers experiential learning through domestic or international travel. This opportunity allows students to engage in research, internships, or service projects that enhance their academic and professional development.
