Students complete 100,000 hours of community service each year. Hofstra’s 244-acre campus is a nationally recognized arboretum with more than 12,000 evergreen and deciduous trees. The University is also home to a nationally accredited museum with more than 5,000 works of art in its permanent collection and approximately 70 works of art in its outdoor sculpture collection.
