Carroll County Public Schools will hold its annual College and Career Fair on Monday, October 12, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Carroll County Agriculture Center’s Shipley Arena, located at 706 Agriculture Center Drive in Westminster.
Students and families will have the opportunity to meet with representatives from more than 90 colleges and universities and learn about academic programs, admissions requirements, campus life, scholarships, and other educational opportunities. Representatives from trade and technical schools will also be available to discuss career-focused training programs, while members of the military will provide information about service, education, and career pathways.
The Carroll Community Foundation will be on hand to share information about available scholarship opportunities. Representatives from the Carroll Community College Financial Aid Office will also be available to answer questions about financial aid, completing the FAFSA, and paying for college. In addition, CCPS counselors will be onsite to assist families and answer questions about college planning, career exploration, and the many options available to students after high school.
Whether students are beginning their college search, comparing programs, exploring skilled trades, or considering military service, the College and Career Fair offers a valuable opportunity to gather information and speak directly with representatives in one convenient location.
