3 Degrees in 5 Years

Make the most of your education. Health promotion, mathematics, modern language, political science, and social work majors all have the opportunity to earn three degrees in just five years — two undergraduate and one graduate. Depending on your sequence, earn a Master of Public Health (MPH) or Master of Social Work (MSW).


Academic Minors

Take advantage of all that Daemen has to offer. More than 45 minors are available to complement a major course of study, enhance career opportunities, and enrich your overall academic experience.



Experiential Hands-on Learning Inside and Outside the Classroom

Internships, field placements, clinical assignments, and student teaching provide in-depth experience in professional settings. The Office of Career Services also assists students across all academic disciplines with tools such as an Individualized Career Action Plan (iCap) and WildcatWorks to ensure success.


Learning Through Service

All undergraduate students engage in a variety of service learning activities that connect students to different communities by integrating academic curricula with service participation. Daemen’s nationally recognized program places you (individually or with other students) in short- and long-term service learning projects and activities.


Global Experiences

The Global Programs Office (GPO) specializes in international study, internships, service learning opportunities, and faculty-led seminars. Programs are offered in more than 40 countries. You may participate in study-abroad experiences during a semester, summer, winter, or spring break.

Grants and Scholarships

Students who apply to Daemen will be considered for an array of scholarship awards. Grants are also available for students with high-need eligibility. 100 percent of Daemen University students receive some sort of financial aid through support such as generous scholarships and need-based aid.


Medicine Begins at Daemen

Many of the College’s programs exceed the national averages for success rates on key exams. Physical therapy students have an ultimate pass rate on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) at or above the national average. Physician assistant students have a 99 percent first-attempt pass rate on the NCCPA Certification Exam.


NCAA Division II Athletics

Men’s Athletics offerings include basketball, cross country, soccer, tennis, track & field, and volleyball. Women’s Athletics feature basketball, bowling, cheerleading, cross country, lacrosse, soccer, tennis, track & field, triathlon, and volleyball.


Return on Investment

Students at Daemen University receive a quality education at an affordable price and are able to leave with a career and job placement in hand. In addition, the loan default rate for a Daemen graduate is under 3 percent – far better than the national average, nearly 11 percent.
